Adults: The cap is gender-neutral and one size fits all. It has an adjustable strap that ensures a perfect fit for head circumferences of approx. 55–60 cm.

Kids: This cap fits approximately ages 6–12 years, thanks to its adjustable size.

Our caps are made from 100% cotton, chosen to feel pleasantly soft while being durable. We place particular value on quality, comfort and a natural fit.

We recommend hand washing with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. This keeps your cap’s shape and colour for a long time.

You can pay via third-party provider Stripe with credit card, PayPal or TWINT.

Within Switzerland, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Shipping is free for you.

International: 3–14 working days.

We want you to love your Solo Amor piece. However, if something is not quite right, your order arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days via our contact form. Returns can only be processed after prior confirmation.

Please note that returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. The responsibility for the package remains with the customer until it has safely arrived at Solo Amor.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it carefully. If it meets our return requirements and is in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refund processing may take a few days, and we appreciate your patience.

We also offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us via our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange request has been approved, you may send the item back to us at your own expense. We will provide you with all return instructions by email.

Please note that exchanges are only accepted for unworn items returned in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and assumes all risks associated with the return shipment until it has been received by us.
